If you need to move a booking and the booking is more than 12 hours away, you can simply do this by logging into your account, click My bookings and cancel the practice. The credit then hits your account straight away.
You can then use the credit to rebook. Please note we are unable to refund or move bookings if the booking is less than 12 hours way.
